Happiness = Good Food

Let’s continue our conversation into the happiness project by discussing another subject that makes most people happy: FOOD! We were thrilled to happen upon some delicious smoothie recipes (listed below) from chef and cookbook author Marco Canora featured in his new cookbook “A Good Food Day“. The cookbook was written as a collaboration between Canora and Tammy Walker, a certified health coach, cookbook writer, and wellness speaker. According to the website for the cookbook/blog, a Good Food Day is:

  • When a healthy diet and delicious food coexist
  • A resource for learning how to make better food choices and cook nutritious, whole foods that you’re actually excited to eat
  • Where the quality, nutrient-density, and origin of foods you eat matter more than their calories, point values, or fat grams
  • A place to explore, learn, and weigh in on nutrition, wellness, and restaurant industry-related topics
  • A collaboration between an award-winning chef and a certified health coach whose shared goal is to inspire you to eat well and feel great.

We encourage you peruse the website and enjoy these healthy smooth recipes!
