FITfare: Spicy Old Bay Kale Chips

Already planning your Superbowl recipes?! Instead of bringing out the potato chips or crackers try…Spicy Old Bay Kale Chips.

We must say… these Kale chips rock! They are just as crunchy and delicious as regular chips but loaded with healthy nutrients that save you calories while hanging out with the fans.

Spicy Old Bay Kale Chips:
– Preheat oven to about 375*
– Tear Kale leaves off the thick stems into bite size pieces. Spread leaves out on cookie sheets.
– Drizzle with 2 tsp. of olive oil and a dash (or two!) of old bay seasoning
– Bake for about 15 minutes, until edges are brown and kale is crispy when moved in pan.
– Let cool and enjoy!
