FITLife- In Action

This week was all about turning up the HEAT… in the kitchen!

Liz and Melissa spiced it up in their cooking class and learned a few new healthy dishes!  This weekend we encourage all our fellow FITgals to cook as many meals as you can, so that you control the ingredients, the calories, the flavor, and the FUN!  Checkout our tasty week!
