The holidays truly are all about spending time with friends and family and reflecting on the year behind us.

One of the things we are most thankful for, is all the love and support we received in 2012. We love what we do and love inspiring and helping everyone find their FITgal deep inside! So thank you for all of your support, we are so thrilled to see what exciting adventures and FIT-success that will come in 2013!

The best way to bring in the new year is with a FIT night out which means wine and splitting dinner! Liz and I split the Artic Char with fennel salad and the lamb tagliatelle! mmm!
