the FIT life– in action! 

We are thrilled to launch the FIT life– in action series.  It is a recap of our week through photos that document our works outs, eating habits, and healthy choices we make everyday!

We hope to inspire and connect with you that we too have to practice what we preach.  Each of the FIT trainers instruct their clients on how to live healthy and active lifestyles. We encourage and motivate them to drink MORE water, work out, and eat healthier!  We know our plan works, because we practice it ourselves!

We get it!  It’s hard work!  The FIT team alone juggles the work life balance of families, kiddos, friends, careers, graduate school, dogs and of course the never ending pile of laundry!  So we wanted to show you a peak into our FIT week as motivation that you are not alone! Enjoy!!

As a FITmama, I hate to waste time!  So I make my own workouts a fast total body routine! a quick 3 mile run today with squats, lunges, pushups, dips, and ABS!

Whether its a Mama’s night out or a girl’s night out… We ladies just wanna have fun:) the key is moderation… “taste everything — but eat nothing!”
